Uche Agbo is a trained Filmmaker, Screenwriter, Producer, Director, Media and Entertainment Consultant, Public Relations (PR) Strategist, Talent Coach and Entrepreneur with a Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts, and Masters Degree in Theatre and Film Studies from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. Uche also holds a certificate in directing from Del-York Creative Academy.
Uche is a proud alumnus of Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme with keen interest in telling original and authentic African stories through Films, commercials, business videos and documentaries.
He has served as the National Secretary of Directors’ Guild of Nigeria (DGN) and is currently the National Vice President of DGN, the umbrella body housing registered Film and Television Directors in Nigeria. He is also a member of Screenwriters Guild of Nigeria, (SWGN) and Actors Guild of Nigeria, (AGN).

Uche is the CEO/MD of Okike Media, a multimedia and production company based in Lagos Nigeria. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Coal City Film Festival, the founder and President of two practical film-training institutions in Nigeria – Abuja Film Academy and Enugu Film Academy, and the founder of Nollywood Insider, an online news site for authentic news stories about Nollywood from an insider’s perspective.
